Oakshott 6 Fat Quarter Bundle Neutrals

A lovely bundle of gorgeous plain Oakshott Fat Quarters in soft neutral shades. This pretty selection will be a welcome addition to your fabric stash.

You will receive 6 x Oakshott fat quarters each sized 18″ x 26.5″ (45cm x 67cm)

Oakshott’s range of solid coloured quilting cotton will be a great match for your printed fabrics, and complement any project you have planned!

Oakshott fabrics are pure finished i.e. they don’t contain binders / wax / starch etc. The handle will therefore change very little when the fabric is washed. They may however fray slightly more than ‘finished’ fabrics and to minimise this, we recommend overlocking cut edges prior to washing. Do not machine wash and do not tumble dry, wash by hand in clean water at 30C. Dark and light colours should be washed separately. Avoid optical whiteners and chlorine based cleaning products. Gently towel dry and iron whilst damp. Allow for a shrinkage of 3-5%.

Please Note: Due to the nature of Oakshott fabrics they are prone to ‘slubs’. These are small knots or bobbles in the fabric due to the natural characteristics of the fibres.
