The Sophie Jane quilt is named after my daughter, Sophie Jane. One of the very first quilts I ever made was an Ohio Star quilt for my sister-in-law’s wedding, and I’ve found myself returning to that block time and time again.

I’ve always loved playing with fabrics, finding particular joy in combining colours. Finding a snippet of Liberty amongst my grandmother’s quilting stash of worn-out dresses and vintage fabrics was always a highlight and, from there, my passion for Liberty fabrics grew.
I’ve been running my business for over 10 years and love spending time designing sewing patterns and kits. Many of my kits are stocked in the iconic Liberty of London store which is always so exciting when I visit.
