I love mint — seeing so many varieties grow in my garden brings much joy to my world. It’s easy to grow and low maintenance — I love finding exciting varieties at shows. Its versatility is simply wonderful — I really enjoy picking mint from the garden and being immediately able to make fresh mint tea, or add it to table water, to cook with or put it in a salad. This collection celebrates all that I love about both the plant and the colour. I sometimes dream of running a mint farm so that I can have unlimited supplies of mint chocolate!
