Originally hand-painted in the Liberty design studio in 1969 using gouache, Gabriella Gisou has been expertly reworked for contemporary styles. Featuring an array of stylised meadow flowers including delicate blossoms and vibrant petunias, this mid-scale botanical print references the playful florals of the 1970s.

Dandies & Divas pays homage to the trailblazers who used fashion as a powerful tool for self-expression and status throughout history. Celebrating the eclectic, the extravagant, and the extroverted, this chapter is inspired by those who are free to express themselves. Following the limelight on centuries of artistic and cultural icons, from Cleopatra and Beaux Brummell to Josephine Baker and John Lennon, Liberty praises these societal personalities for their unconventional exuberance and playful eccentricity towards style.
