Anna’s Haven embodies the spirit of an English summer garden, rooted in the distinct watercolour aesthetic of celebrated artist Dame Elizabeth Blackadder. The design unfolds a botanical journey, bustling with a medley of lilies, roses, foxgloves, hydrangeas, hollyhocks, marguerites, primroses, and poppies, peeking through delicate fronds. An enchanting fusion of nature’s treasures, Anna’s Haven was inspired by a Liberty scarf design originally created in 1971.

Autumn/Winter 2026 defines the very DNA of Liberty where design, nature, and art intertwine. Rooted in the rhythms of the natural world, this collection draws inspiration from the cycles of the seasons, mirroring the ever-evolving landscape of fashion. Just as a gardener cultivates their garden in preparation for the seasons ahead, Design Nature Art by Liberty Fabrics honours the quiet transformations that unfold with time. Curated through three distinct chapters: Story Garden, Gallery Garden, and Painted Garden, this series celebrates the profound connection between creativity and the cultivated world where history, imagination, and artistic expression bloom in unison.

This chapter explores the vibrant fusion of colour, pattern, and texture discovered in the process of studying artists who took inspiration from their own cultivated garden landscape. The Painted Garden explores the spaces where art and nature meet. The luscious, stippling impressions of meadow flowers, contrast with the striking vibrancy of geometric exteriors, and the brilliant tactility of Post-Impressionist landscapes. The seamless interplay of organic sculptural forms with delicate floral elements creates a unique, dynamic perspective. Painted Garden captures the complex relationship between nature and creativity.

Liberty’s Tana Lawn® cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in the Liberty Printing Mill, located between Milan and Lake Como in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy.
