DISPATCH TIME
We are a small team based in the Cotswolds, where we pick, pack and prepare each order individually in our studio.
Our current order processing time is 2-4 working days, which adds to on top of the estimated delivery timeframe.
However, orders placed with next-day delivery (only available within the UK) are prioritised over all others.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK: We currently offer two UK delivery options, both with Royal Mail.
– UK Tracked 48: Our standard service provides 48-hour tracked delivery.
– UK Next Day: Our express service gives tracking and guaranteed next-day delivery if you place your order by noon. All orders placed with next-day delivery will be given top priority, and will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible, irrespective of our usual order processing time.

CUTTING MULTIPLE FAT QUARTERS: Our default is to cut your fabric as a continuous length. For example: order 3 fat quarters, this will be cut as one length of 0.75m. If you want separate pieces of fabric, please add them to your basket separately or leave us a message in your order notes.
DUTIES, TAXES & TARIFFS: Sometimes, overseas customers will be charged taxes or customs duties by their own country once a delivery crosses its borders. Unfortunately, this is entirely outside of our control, and is not our responsibility. It is up to the customer to check for any such charges and pay them as they arise. Furthermore, our customs declarations must accurately reflect the true value of your order.
