Postage & Packing

Dispatch

Our current order processing/dispatch timeframe is given at the top of the Basket page. If you add any physical product to your basket then “View Basket”, the current dispatch time is shown. You can then return to shopping afterwards.

Once we have received, processed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email notifying that your package has been sent.

Delivery Services

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 is our standard postage service. This is usually delivered in around 2 business days, in addition to the current order processing and dispatch time.

UK Next Day is Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service. To guarantee delivery the next working day, you would need to place your order on our website before noon, Monday to Friday, and choose Next Day. Orders placed with next-day delivery are prioritised and sent as soon as possible. Please note that subscriptions cannot be delivered with this service.

UK Click and Collect. If you would like to collect your website order from our working studio premises at GL20 7PP, please suggest some suitable times (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) in the notes of your order. If we can, we will be in touch to confirm an appointment time once your order is packed and completed. We will refund any shipping you may have paid.

International delivery. We post all international orders using Royal Mail’s Priority overseas services, with or without tracking depending on the option you choose. (See the table below for any exceptions and advice for specific countries.) Overseas customers may have to pay import duties or taxes when a package enters your country. You are responsible for paying such charges in order for your package to clear local customs. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.

For delivery to Canada, Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico, and India:
We strongly recommend selecting the tracked service for delivery to these places as we have experienced problems with lost or delayed packages here in the past. Please consider selecting tracked shipping to give you some peace of mind as you can trace your parcel’s journey.

For delivery to the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and any countries in Africa:
We can only ship to these areas with our tracked service to a physical address.
For UAE customers, your delivery address must be complete, detailed and accurate, including PO Box number, full town or village name, city and mobile phone number. It is vital that we have a full address as parcels will otherwise be rejected by Royal Mail, and any resends incur an additional postage charge.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please use our Returns Form, which provides step-by-step instructions on how to return goods.

We take great care to ensure you receive products you’ll love. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of purchase.

If your return is due to an error on our part or a fault with the product, we will refund the item price plus postage costs.

If you are returning an item for another reason — e.g., you changed your mind or the colour wasn’t what you expected — postage costs will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is your responsibility to open your parcel promptly upon delivery and check that all items are present and correct. If you discover a problem, such as a missing item, please notify us within 12 weeks of delivery. We will do our best to replace any missing items, but this may not always be possible as some products are not available indefinitely.
