Delivery
Everything on our website can ship to most destinations worldwide.
Dispatch (all products except Interiors fabric and subscriptions)
Our current dispatch time is indicated at the top of the Basket page. If you add any physical product to your basket then “View Basket”, the current dispatch time is shown. You can then return to shopping afterwards.
You will receive an email notifying you of dispatch, once your package has been sent.
Delivery services (all products except Interiors fabric)
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 service is our standard postage service. This is usually delivered in 2 business days, on top of the current dispatch time.
UK Next Day is Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service. To guarantee delivery the next working day, you would need to place your order on our website before noon, Monday to Friday, and choose Next Day. Orders placed with Next Day delivery are prioritised and sent immediately. Subscriptions and Interiors fabrics cannot be delivered Next Day.
UK Click and Collect: if you would like to collect your website order from our working premises at GL20 7PP, please suggest some suitable times (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) in the notes of your order. If we can, we will confirm an appointment time once your order is packed and completed. We will refund any shipping you have paid.
International delivery: We post all international orders using Royal Mail’s Priority overseas services, with or without tracking depending on the option you choose. Overseas customers may have to pay import duties or taxes charged when a package arrives in your country. You are responsible for paying such charges in order for your package to clear local customs. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.

We strongly recommend selecting the tracked service to these countries/regions, because we have experienced problems with lost or delayed deliveries here in the past. Adding tracking to your shipping option gives you some peace of mind, as you can trace your parcel’s journey.
The United Arab Emirates, Japan, and countries in Africa.
We can only ship to the UAE, Africa and Japan using a tracked service, to a physical address.
UAE customers: The delivery address must be complete, detailed and accurate, including PO Box number, full town or village name, city and mobile phone number. It is vital that we have a full address as parcels will be rejected by Royal Mail and any resends would mean an additional postage charge.
Returns & Cancellations
All Products (Except Interiors)
If you need to return an item, please use our Returns Form, which provides step-by-step instructions on how to return goods.
We take great care to ensure you receive products you’ll love. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of purchase.
- If your return is due to an error on our part or a fault with the product, we will refund the item price plus postage costs.
- If you are returning an item for another reason—e.g., you changed your mind or the colour wasn’t what you expected—postage costs will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Checking Your Order
It is your responsibility to open your parcel promptly upon delivery and check that all items are present and correct. If you discover a problem, such as a missing item, please notify us within 12 weeks of delivery. We will do our best to replace any missing items, but this may not always be possible as some products are not available indefinitely.
INTERIORS FABRICS
We order Interiors fabrics especially per customer, so these are non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We use special delivery services that are appropriate for the costs we incur due to the size, weight and value of each Interiors order.
Interiors fabrics delivery pricing:
- UK Flat rate of £12.50 per order of fabric by the metre
- UK Flat rate of £3.50 for samples only.
- Overseas Flat rate of £135.00 per order of fabric by the metre.
Interiors fabrics dispatch time
The dispatch time for Interiors fabric is approximately 4 weeks from order date.
The dispatch time for Interiors samples depends on whether we have the sample you need in stock. If we do, it should be dispatched as per the time indicated at the top of the Checkout page; if we don’t, this will take about 4 weeks.
