Aurifil’s 50wt thread is the most versatile and popular of their cotton threads. It is perfect for both piecing, subtle quilting and English Paper Piecing. The colours have been chosen to enable blending and subtle stitching in a wide variety of sewing projects. It is very strong and thin, and results in remarkably flat and crisp seams making it a great thread for patchworking. It is also perfect for invisible ditch stitching, as the thread disappears into the valley between the seams.
