You will receive each month:

• the exact amounts of DMC Mouline special embroidery thread,
• high quality ivory quilting cotton for the background,
• a 6″ wooden embroidery hoop,
• full illustrated instructions
• diagrams (to draw the design onto the fabric before embroidering). 

• Hand-embroidery needles
• Washable or heat-removable fabric marker (e.g. Frixion)
• Scissors

This subscription is suitable at both a beginner and intermediate sewing level (although even if you are a super experienced sewer you will still love taking part in this subscription).

All boxes, including catch-up boxes, will be dispatched to you within 2-5 working days of the payment date schedule shown below. 

Payment by Quarterly subscription:

The first payment will be taken on 1st January 2026. If joining after 1st January, payment for catch-up boxes will be taken immediately. Future payment dates are as follows: 1st April, 1st July and 1st October 2026.

Payment by Annual Subscription:

You may pay the full year’s subscription in full up-front, on the day when you sign up. Your packs will be dispatched within the same time frames as the main scheme, i.e. 2-5 working days after the 1st of January, 1st April, 1st July & 1st October 2026.

Should your circumstances change part way through the subscription meaning you wish to cancel, you are free to do so at any time by emailing [email protected].  (We would, of course, be sad to see you go).

Each month, one Golden Ticket will be hidden in a random pack across all our Quilt Block of the Month schemes. Because our packing and posting teams work independently, even we won’t know where it’s gone! The lucky recipient will find a £50 gift voucher inside their pack, to spend in our shop before the end of 2027. The voucher can be redeemed online, in-store, or at one of our events, but not against a subscription scheme. There’s no cash alternative, but it can be freely transferred or gifted to someone else. If tariffs are due we will charge and pay these at the UK country of origin rate. We are keeping abreast of the current situation and, should this change, we will amend tariff charging accordingly. Your product will be sent with tariff paid so it should easily travel through customs.
