This is not a pattern. This is a list of requirements designed to go with a pattern which will be released as part of our Sew-Along Festival.
Fabric requirements:
• 2 FQ worth of fabric for the patchwork panel (On her sample, Rachel has used 1 FQ of Liberty Quilting Cotton Posie Grace A as the background fabric and Liberty Quilting Cotton scraps cut into fourteen 3.5″ squares for the brighter coloured patchwork triangles. Our Ultimate Rainbow Scrap Pack – 20 Fabrics would also be suitable for the coloured patchwork if you wanted to make a rainbow Tana Lawn version, or even our Liberty Poplin Sample Pack 36 Pieces for a random assortment of Liberty poplin fabrics to choose from)
• 0.5m for lining (We recommend Liberty Tana Lawn® or Liberty Quilting Cotton. Rachel has used Liberty Quilting Cotton Posie Grace A to match the outside of her bag but there are plenty of other fabrics to choose from to suit your particular bag)
• 0.5m for backside and base (We recommend Liberty Tana Lawn® or Liberty Quilting Cotton. Rachel has used Liberty Tana Lawn® Hattie Park B but there are plenty of other fabrics to choose from to suit your particular bag)
