Fragile Blooms is a gorgeous large floral inspired by artist and photographer Richard Learoyd’s study of poppies, their ageing process, and the unusual twisting shapes of their flowerheads.

Liberty’s crepe de chine silk is a versatile favourite, with a soft handle and a natural lustre thanks to its 16-momme base. Its surface has a gentle crispness and a hint of matte roughness, making it one of the easiest silks to sew. Luxe yet laidback, it’s perfect for fluid designs from daytime shirting to sophisticated, flowing eveningwear.
