This is not a pattern. This is a list of requirements designed to go with a pattern which will be released as part of our Sew-Along Festival. ย
Fabric requirements:
โข Fabric A โ one solid blue fat quarter for the feature front and gusset (Sallieann has used a blue solid Tilda on her sample but there are pale blue lightly patterned options in both the Liberty Emily Belle Quilting Cotton or Liberty Wiltshire Shadow Quilting Cotton collections that will look lovely if you would like to use Liberty.)
โข Fabric B – Liberty Tana lawn one fat quarter for the feature front reverse and zipper closure (Choose the perfect Liberty Tana Lawnยฎ FQ. Sallieann has used our Exclusive Liberty Tana Lawnยฎ Wiltshire Bermuda for her sample.)ย
โข Fabric C โ Liberty quilting weight cotton โ one fat quarter for the lining and side tab (Choose a FQ from theย Liberty Emily Belle Quilting Cotton or Liberty Wiltshire Shadow Quilting Cotton collections)
โข Fabric D โ Compressed Fleece/Thermolam/H640 one fat quarter used to give shape.
โข Fabric E โ Cotton fusible woven interfacing one fat quarter used to give structure.
Equipment:
โข Matching Sewing Thread (We recommendย Aurifil or Gรผtermann threads)
โข Freezer paper to make templates or Karen Kay Buckley template circles
โข Strong hand sewing thread and hand sewing needles for the bead work and fabric manipulation.
โข Lightweight Cardboard for structure two pieces 7โ square
โข Seventeen 4mm pearlized beads
โข One Size 5 zipper with silver teeth and pull min 10โ.
โข 3M Craft mount or other glue if you add cardboard to your finished pouch
โข Monofilament thread (optional)
โข walking foot (optional)
โข Frixion pen (optional) (Find theย Pilot Frixion Heat Erasable Pen here)ย
โข 505 spray (optional)
โข Elmers glue (optional)
