To celebrate Liberty’s 150th Anniversary they have launched Retold, a bold collection that weaves together their past, present and future in a story skilfully told through the new designs.
Alice reveals her thoughts on this collection: “I am SO excited about this 150th Anniversary Collection. I’ve been waiting to see what Liberty would release in such an iconic collection and I have not been disappointed – this is probably my favourite seasonal collection since 2013 as it features so many STUNNING florals in gorgeous, happy and uplifting colourways! I will be making a lot of dresses from this collection and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!”
Hand painted in the Liberty studio, Over the Hills embodies the creative charisma of Bernard Nevill, the renowned British designer and Liberty’s design director of the 1960s. This bold geometric was inspired by Nevill’s distinctive approach to portraying landscapes.
