To celebrate Liberty’s 150th Anniversary they have launched Retold, a bold collection that weaves together their past, present and future in a story skilfully told through the new designs.
Alice reveals her thoughts on this collection: “I am SO excited about this 150th Anniversary Collection. I’ve been waiting to see what Liberty would release in such an iconic collection and I have not been disappointed – this is probably my favourite seasonal collection since 2013 as it features so many STUNNING florals in gorgeous, happy and uplifting colourways! I will be making a lot of dresses from this collection and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!”
Walter’s Meadow takes cues from the illustrative style of Arts and crafts artist Walter Crane. Tiny daisies and dashes of grass form a pointillist meadow which, from a distance, create a delicate, abstract texture.
