Poppy Forest is a simplified floral created with a very fine outline, taking a wild all-over meadow appearance. It is a reworked and rescaled new iteration of Liberty’s iconic Poppy & Daisy print – the first appearance of this design was around 1917, when it was wood block printed at Liberty’s Merton print works.
