A stunning new colourway of Felicite features delicate cherry blossom pinks paired with soft sage green leaves. Originally created for Liberty Fabrics in 1933 by the enigmatic designer D.S., Felicite is a classic rose trail print and remains one of my personal favourites. This particular palette draws inspiration from Japan’s iconic cherry blossoms, known as Sakura — a national symbol celebrated for centuries. In ancient Japan, the arrival of the blossoms signified the start of the spring planting season, intertwining nature’s beauty with the rhythms of agricultural life.
