1. This prize draw is open to current, active Alice Caroline Radiant Stars QBOM
customers only.
2. One entry is permitted per household.
3. Employees of the company may not enter the prize draw.
4. Entry to the prize draw is made via completion and submission of our web survey
“Radiant Stars: Customer survey and prize draw” including a valid customer email
address.
5. The closing date for entries is 17:00 GMT on 18 th November 2019. Completed surveys
may continue to be submitted after this time, up to the end of 31 st December 2019,
but will not be entered into the prize draw.
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries submitted before the
closing date.
7. The winner will be randomly chosen between 19 th and 22 nd November 2019.
8. The winner will be notified by email on or before November 26 th 2019.
9. The win-notification email will include a request for the winner to verify their name
and postal address for delivery of the prize. If necessary, this email will be followed
up by a further email and phone call, to ensure that winner is informed.
10. The prize will be posted to the winner within five business days of receipt of the
winner’s confirmed name and postal address.
11. If the winner does not reply to the win-notification email and follow-up email and
phone call within 28 days of the first win-notification, their win will be considered
voided and a new winner will be randomly selected and notified.
12. The prize is: one copy of the book Little Lady Liberty by Alice Garrett, signed by the
author; and one Liberty tana lawn fabric fat eighth bundle of fabrics (8 pieces) in a
rainbow colour scheme.
13. No cash alternative prize is available.
14. The winner is not required to participate in any post-event publicity.
