I LOVE making this Market Tote bag – it’s such a simple make and the best sized bag for all kinds of things. I made these specially for the beach and my lido visits for the spring and summer. The Betsy version is for my daughter and her trips to the beach and pool. The outside is made using Liberty oilcloth (matte PVC coated Liberty Tana Lawn fabric) which makes it waterproof – perfect for the beach.

The pattern does not include the lining but this is a really easy process to complete. It makes the inside nice and clean to hold my swimming things so it will get lots of use. Can’t wait to use them!
