Feature this pretty Dresden Plate quilt block as part of a larger quilt, make it into a cushion, appliqué it onto clothing or even frame it as a piece of art. The Dresden Plate design was at the peek of popularity in the 1920-30s with many quilts being made out of floral feed sacks.
English Paper Piecing (EPP) is easily mastered and may be completed without expensive tools or equipment. It is also a very mindful craft, encouraging us all to slow down, pull up a comfortable chair, pour a cup of tea and enjoy every stitch by hand. It is the perfect thing to keep hands busy and hearts happy.

16 x Pre-cut Liberty Tana Lawn® fabric petal shapes, EPP paper shapes for one block.
YOU WILL NEED
Hand sewing needle and thread, pins, iron and ironing board, scissors or rotary cutter, ruler and cutting mat, spray starch.
Optional: water-soluble fabric glue pen, thimble.
