A5 hard backed lined notebook in Liberty Mauvey. A beautifully hand made Liberty fabric notebook – perfect to keep in your handbag for your many lists and notes. Our Liberty notebooks make wonderful gifts for family and friends too.
Bright and unabashedly exuberant, Mauvey has a happy-go-lucky appeal. The design is based on a mixture of the flowers of the mallow shrub and sequins, designed by Liberty London’s in-house studio for the Spring/Summer 2008 seasonal collection. It has been rescaled and recoloured for the Classic Tana range.
We use Liberty Tana Lawn fabric to make our notebooks and use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Our notebooks are handmade made using traditional book binding with ethically sourced paper and raw materials. It has been screen printed with ink sourced from soot and is packaged in 100% corn starch bio-degradable bag. KAPDAA, the company that make our notebooks have saved 10,000 metres of fabric going to landfill.
Composition: A5 Notebook 8mm lined ruling, 90gsm cream coloured paper, 140 pages, rectangular corners, coloured elastic fastener and coloured satin ribbon bookmark.

This Evening Star Cushion will add a delightful pop of Liberty to any bed, sofa or chair! The construction is fast and simple, using only straight
line sewing using the sewing machine or by hand sewing, if you prefer. A perfect project for a beginner and an introduction to quilting techniques. The cushion’s design is based on the traditional ‘sawtooth star’ quilt block. Fall in love and keep it for yourself or give to a loved one as an easy handmade gift.

You will receive all the Liberty Tana Lawn® fabric you need to make this kit in two beautiful Liberty prints.
YOU WILL NEED
Sewing machine or hand sewing needle, thread, pins, iron, scissors or rotary cutter, ruler, pencil, 12” (30.5cm) square cushion pad, grid ruler and mat.

Individual Snowflake Quilt Block Kit – Mauvey Block 3

This kit includes 5 different colourful Liberty Tana Lawn® fabrics, quality off-white quilting cotton for the block background, papers and instructions to make a block from the Snowflake Quilt. These are leftover kits from a previous Quilt subscription. The Snowflake is constructed using English Paper Piecing, which is a lovely method of hand sewing. The outer borders involve very basic patchwork sewing using the machine. With this kit you can make a beautiful cushion, quilt block within a larger quilt, wall hanging, or even a mini quilt for a teddy bear or doll. With so many pretty Liberty Fabrics this kit is sure to bring charm and decoration, whatever it may become!
You will receive the exact Liberty Tana Lawn® fabrics to make the block as pictured.
Other supplies you will need to complete your quilt block:
- A glue pen or stick to glue-baste to the paper pieces (alternatively you can thread baste the paper pieces to the fabric), such as the Sewline Glue Pen, here
- Medium/fine hand-sewing needle
- Sewing machine
- Fabric scissors or rotary cutter and mat
- Thread
The finished block is 21″ x 21″ (53cm x 53cm) square.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide all of the individual kits required to make the entire Snowflake Quilt. The instructions for making the larger quilt are also not included in this individual kit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
