Anna’s Cotswold Window Liberty Garden Quilt by Suzanne Campion

Suzanne Campion designed this stunning Cotswold window Liberty garden quilt using an exclusive Anna’s Garden Teal fat quarter. This clever attic window patchwork creates a 3D effect with Capel fabric resembling Cotswold stone and plain aubergine Tana Lawn for the window frame quilting detail.

I love the feeling of perspective in this quilt – how did you achieve this?
“The trick is to choose a light, medium and dark fabric to give the 3D effect.”

Why did you choose the fabrics in this quilt?
“I wanted to show off the beauty of the Anna’s Garden print and the Capel reminded me of your beautiful cotswold stone. I brought out the deep pink outline detail with the Plain Aubergine.”

How did you quilt it?
“I machine quilted this using the window frame as a guide and to add to the 3D effect.”
