I thought I would share my Liberty Summer Bags range with you today as they make a great sewing project in the run up to summer. Some of them can be made in just a few hours and you can have a lovely new bag for your holidays or just to brighten up an outfit.
This lovely Market Tote Bag Kit (shown above) is my newest bag design – I’m especially pleased with this one as it really is in great colours for the summer. I’ve added hot pink webbing to the outside of the bag to give it a great fresh look. The inside of the bag is finished with French seams which makes it nice and neat, meaning that threads don’t get caught. The fabric is the classic Liberty Ianthe but in a stronger canvas fabric which is great for a tote bag.
