I always love a trip to the Liberty London Store, but there’s no better time than during the Christmas season. It’s worth a visit just to see the Christmas department alone. I wanted to start my 12 Days of Christmas off with some lovely pictures of the store. Over the 12 days of Christmas, from the 1st – 12th December I will give you festive sewing projects and gift ideas in the run up to the big day. I hope that you find it useful and enjoy the love of making things for Christmas.
When I visit the Liberty London Store, I normally head straight for haberdashery but during the festive period, I make a beeline for the Christmas department. I am always in total awe of the array of fabulous colours in the Christmas decorations section. They are always displayed in a rainbow of colours too which, of course, I appreciate.
The floral display in the stall outside always has such stunning flowers in beautiful colours.
I always love seeing the Liberty shirts too. they make such great presents for loved ones.
Anna’s been to the Christmas department too. It’s one of her traditions for each member of the family to choose a decoration from the wonderful selection. Here are their choices for this year.
I’m looking forward to sharing festive sewing and crafting project ideas with you over the next 12 days. Hopefully a bit of sewing and crafting can help us to enjoy the build up to Christmas rather than to feel frantic!
